TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR SENECA NIAGARA RESORT & CASINO

GENERAL TERMS
By accessing or using the facilities, services, and promotions offered by Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino (the "Resort"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older (or the minimum age required by applicable law, whichever is higher) shall be permitted to participate in gaming activities on the Resort's premises.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
The Resort encourages responsible gambling practices and provides resources for guests experiencing problem gambling issues.
GAMBLING LICENSES AND APPROVALS
The operation of the Resort is subject to approvals and licenses from regulatory authorities, including but not limited to those issued by the Seneca Nation.
USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Guests may use the Resort's facilities, services, and promotions for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized commercial or promotional activities are strictly prohibited.
PROPERTY RULES AND REGULATIONS
By entering the Resort's premises, guests agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Seneca Nation and the United States.
LANGUAGE OF USE
English is the primary language used at the Resort. However, staff may communicate with guests in other languages where feasible.
PAYMENT TERMS AND EXCHANGE RATES
Guests shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding currency exchange rates and payment terms.
TAXES AND FEES
All taxes, fees, and assessments required by law or regulation shall be borne by the Resort's guests.
DEFAULT OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ACCOUNTS OR CREDENTIALS
In case of unauthorized use or default of an account or credentials provided to a guest, the guest must immediately report such issue to the relevant authorities at the Resort.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Seneca Nation. Any disputes arising out of these terms may only be resolved through binding arbitration conducted according to the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Resort and its guests regarding access to facilities, services, and promotions.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be considered severable from the remainder hereof and enforceability of other provisions remain unaffected.
WAIVER AND AMENDMENTS

By continuing to use the Resort's facilities, services, and promotions, guests agree that their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a waiver of any prior agreements or understandings, including but not limited to those related to similar matters.
